The product uses oxygen-free copper from Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation and Jiangxi Copper Corporation as conductor raw materials, combined with environmentally friendly cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulating materials, which not only achieves a recycling rate of more than 95%, but also reduces transmission loss by more than 15%, and reduces unit product energy consumption by 20% compared with traditional cables. According to authoritative testing, the cable can operate stably in extreme environments from -40℃ to 120℃, the anti-electromagnetic interference capability is increased by 20 times, and the signal packet loss rate is reduced to less than 0.1%, fully meeting the strict requirements of smart grids for equipment stability and environmental protection.
